Kelly Shores, MA, LMFT, LAC

Clinical Director / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist / Licensed Addictions Counselor / EMDR Trained / IFS Informed EMDR Trained - Step 2 Complete, Indiana Qualified Supervisor for MHC and MFT

Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Family Science from Anderson University. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. Kelly takes a collaborative approach to counseling working with you to achieve your goals for counseling. Kelly enjoys working with a variety of clients, but her specialties include addictions, family members of addicts, marriage counseling, pre-marital counseling, and parenting issues. Kelly is an EMDR trained therapist.

When she is not working at Restoration Kelly enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and most importantly spending time with her husband, kids and dogs.

Liann Senich, MSW, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Indiana Qualified Supervisor

Liann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Youth, Adult, and Family Services from Purdue University in 2010 and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 2014. Liann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Liann specializes in working with children and adolescents. Specifically, Liann enjoys working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger/defiant disorders, mood disorders, OCD, and/or trauma. Liann uses trauma informed care with all of her clients and incorporates CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Liann teaches coping skills, de-escalation techniques, and emotion regulation alongside of her processing time in sessions to help clients learn to be successful at managing emotions on their own. Liann uses role-play, art therapy, and other experiential therapies as part of her work with clients. Liann is also SYMBIS trained and able to provide pre-marital assessment and counseling.

Outside of counseling, Liann enjoys running, leading a moms group and small group at her church, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Jenna Kennedy, MA, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor/EMDR Trained

Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Taylor University and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. She is a licensed mental health counselor. Jenna uses a collaborative, client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are. She strives to create a safe environment with empathy and genuine care. She utilizes an eclectic, trauma informed approach utilizing techniques from multiple counseling styles. Jenna works with a variety of clients, specializing in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, life adjustments, and personal growth. Jenna works with adolescents and adults through individual counseling.

Outside of work Jenna enjoys running, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Julie Augustinovicz, MSW, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Julie graduated with her BS in Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1992 and her Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University in 2004.Julie obtained her clinical license in Social Work in 2010. Julie is passionate about working with children and families to help them understand the symptoms of their diagnosis, challenges they may be facing and strengths in order to develop the coping skills,de-escalation skills and emotional regulation tools they need to get through day to day life. Julie has several years of experience working with a variety of mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, social challenges, ADHD, trauma, family issues, relational issues, mood disorders, Autism, children and families of divorce, self esteem and more). Julie uses a collaborative, client centered, strength based approach in working with children and their families.
Outside of counseling Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 boys, reading, participating in a women’s bible group, hanging out with friends, watching TV and spending time outside in the summer.

Josh Collingwood, MA, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor/EMDR Trained

Josh Collingwood earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries (2013) and his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health (2021) from Indiana Wesleyan University. Josh is a licensed mental health counseling associate. Josh has a deep desire to walk with people on their journey towards recovery and wholeness. Josh works with all clients ages 12 and up, particularly those with past trauma, fears, anxieties, faith-related concerns, and issues related to anger-management. Josh uses evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR to help clients address their concerns and achieve their goals. He also believes in the role of faith in the healing process and can incorporate biblical principles and prayer into the therapy sessions if desired.

Outside of therapy, Josh enjoys running, playing the guitar, and tinkering with electronics, as well as spending time with his wife and their cat.

Kellie Wignall, MA, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/EMDR Trained

Kellie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Samford University, and  her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a certification in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kellie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Therapy. Her passion is to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families who need support in the places they may be stuck, hopeless, and experiencing disconnection. She utilizes an emotionally focused, attachment, cognitive behavioral, and experiential therapy perspective to promote personal growth, genuine healing and the capacity to connect in relationships.

When she is not counseling, she is watching a good movie with her husband, outside walking in nature, laughing and praying with friends, and enjoying motherhood.

Kara Kinney, MA, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Kara received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ball State University in 2013 and her masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the end of 2015. Kara absolutely loves working with children and their families. She has experience working with children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, anger, irritability, behavioral issues at school/home, friendship difficulties, and oppositional behaviors. Kara enjoys working with children and their caregivers to explore solutions to challenges they are facing. Kara tailors her treatment to each specific child and family. It is important to create a safe and approachable environment to help children feel comfortable in counseling. Kara uses a lot of creative techniques to engage children in the therapeutic process. Kara uses a trauma-informed, collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach. Kara uses techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to address treatment needs. Kara’s goal is to create an empathetic and supportive relationship with you and your child to help you reach your goals.

Outside of the therapy room, Kara enjoys reading, drinking coffee, and spending time outside with her sweet little dog Piper
